IT Support PAYG ( Pay as you go )
A simple concept based on time,
we invoice you for the time we spend supporting your system.
A support contract is like an insurance policy you pay us an annual amount and
we cover the systems, experience has dictated the annual charges and prices are
directly related to the amount of time we expect to spend supporting your
system over the year however this calculation is an average it may be we spend
more or less time supporting your system over the year.
With a Pay as you Go contract the risk is yours! If you don’t need us you get a
really cheap support contract if you do, a contract could be better.
